Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any services offered by AutoFlowa India. By placing an order, using our website, or interacting with our Telegram bot, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
AutoFlowa India is an automation service provider that builds custom automation systems for businesses and individuals using tools including n8n and Telegram bots. We are based in India and primarily serve clients in India and Bangladesh.

AutoFlowa India offers the following services:
All services are described on our website and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
All plans include a one-time setup fee payable before work begins:
The monthly fee covers system uptime monitoring, minor updates, bug fixes, and ongoing support as outlined in your plan. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon at the time of purchase. Work begins only after receipt of the setup fee.
We aim to deliver your automation system within 24–48 hours of receiving full payment and all required information from you. Delivery timelines may be extended for complex Full Stack projects — we will communicate any delays promptly via Telegram.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including delays in receiving information from the client.
To enable us to deliver your automation system, you agree to:
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel your monthly plan at any time, and no further charges will be applied after the current period ends.
If we fail to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe due to our own fault, we will offer either a full refund or re-delivery at no extra cost.
Upon full payment, you own the automation systems, workflows, and Telegram bots we build specifically for you. You may use, modify, and transfer them freely.
AutoFlowa India retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or code libraries used in your system that are not built exclusively for you. We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use these as part of your delivered system.
All content on the AutoFlowa India website (text, design, code) is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.
We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business details, data, or requirements to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
⚠️ Our automation systems depend on third-party services (Telegram, Google, n8n hosting). We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFlowa India's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
You agree not to use our services to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your service without refund.
Support is provided via Telegram during Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours. Response times are:
Support covers issues directly related to the systems we built for you. It does not cover issues caused by changes you made independently, third-party outages, or requests outside the original scope.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice via email or Telegram. Upon termination:
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of significant changes via Telegram or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
